Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse heart tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K8U027_14F8 at 4 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM55 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K8U027_14F8 can detect TRIM55 by Western blotting.
