Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1H013_14G12 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TGFBR3 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1H013_14G12 can detect TGFBR3 by Western blotting.
