Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of stomach tissue by FOXP4 antibody (K9N025_19F9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded stomach tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K9N025_19F9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. FOXP4 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K9N025_19F9 can detect FOXP4 by Western blotting.
