Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human MYOD1 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49011_15F12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MYOD1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K49011_15F12 can detect recombinant human MYOD1 by Western blotting.
