Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA283_3H9 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. AS3MT band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA283_3H9 can detect AS3MT by Western blotting.
