ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT58 at 5 ug/mL as the capture antibody. COL18A1 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human COL18A1 monoclonal antibody (KT60) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT58 and KT60 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of COL18A1.
