ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT14 at 5 ug/mL as the capture antibody. LTF was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human LTF monoclonal antibody (KT33) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT14 and KT33 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of LTF.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of salivary gland tissue by LTF antibody (KT14). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded salivary gland tissue.
