Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K11016_5D8 with untransfected HEK-293 lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads,the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. MYC tag antibody (KAA111_10F11) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Untransfected HEK-293 lysate Lane 2: Sample immunoprecipitated from untransfected HEK-293 lysate by KAA111_10F11 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: Unspecifc immunoprecipitation by KAA111_10F11 was not observed.

Lane 1: HeLa lysate Lane 2: MYC immunoprecipitated from HeLa lysate by KAA111_10F11 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: KAA111_10F11 can immunoprecipitate MYC.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HEK-293 cell lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA111_10F11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MYC band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA111_10F11 can detect endogenous MYC by Western blotting.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA111_10F11 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MYC tagged protein bands were visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 10 ug of HEK 293 (untransfected) Lane 2: 10 ug of HEK 293 (transfected with a construct expressing MYC tagged CDA (Cat. P60351QCTN) at C-terminus) Lane 3: 10 ug of HEK 293 (transfected with a construct expressing MYC tagged ARF3 (Cat. P61801QCTN) at N-terminus) Result: KAA111_10F11 can detect MYC tag by Western blotting.
