Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of spleen tissue by S100A12 antibody (K40025_8H1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded spleen tissue.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human S100A12 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40025_8H1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. S100A12 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K40025_8H1 can detect human S100A12 by Western blotting.
