Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL-10 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24004_10G4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-10 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K24004_10G4 can detect recombinant human IL-10 by Western blotting.
