Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by anti-ITGB3 antibody (KAA261_13B10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate and 15 ug of rat lung tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA261_13B10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ITGB3 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat lung tissue lysate Result: KAA261_13B10 can detect ITGB3 by Western blotting.
