Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by TOP2A antibody (KAA299_14D9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testis tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of K-562 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA299_14D9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TOP2A band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA299_14D9 can detect TOP2A by Western blotting.
