Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by KHK antibody (K52018_1E9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug K52018_1E9 with rat kidney tissue lysate containing 200 ug total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. Anti- KHK (K52018_1E9) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Rat kidney tissue lysate Lane 2: KHK immunoprecipitated from rat kidney tissue lysate by K52018_1E9 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K52018_1E9 can immunoprecipitate KHK.
