Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colon cancer tissue by PPP1R14D antibody (K49008_16C7). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colon cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human PPP1R14D was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49008_16C7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PPP1R14D band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K49008_16C7 can detect recombinant human PPP1R14D by Western blotting.
