Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by ERCC1 antibody (KAA342_8B1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human testis tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA342_8B1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ERCC1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA342_8B1 can detect ERCC1 by Western blotting.
