Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by JCHAIN antibody (KT109). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of human plasma lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT109 at 5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. JCHAIN band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KT109 can detect human JCHAIN by Western blotting.
