Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by anti-SLC32A1 antibody (K40032_6A4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40032_6A4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SLC32A1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K40032_6A4 can detect SLC32A1 by Western blotting.
