Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by PLXNA4 antibody (K40097_8E8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40097_8E8 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PLXNA4 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K40097_8E8 can detect PLXNA4 by Western blotting.
