Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of skin tissue by ITGA2 antibody (K70028_7B5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded skin tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A-431 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K70028_7B5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ITGA2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K70028_7B5 can detect ITGA2 by Western blotting.
