ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT167 at 5 ug/mL as the capture antibody. KLK3 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KLK3 monoclonal antibody (KT166) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT167 and KT166 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of KLK3.
