Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by TRIM21 antibody (K52008_11A9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HL-60 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52008_11A9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM21 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K52008_11A9 can detect TRIM21 by Western blotting.
