Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by LGALS1 antibody (K16256_12C3). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of U-2 OS lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16256_12C3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. LGALS1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K16256_12C3 can detect LGALS1 by Western blotting.
