Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K9N036_14F2 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IGF2R band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K9N036_14F2 can detect IGF2R by Western blotting.
