Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CCL27 (Cat. PP-3163) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K8U012_19D3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL27 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K8U012_19D3 can detect CCL27 by Western blotting.
