ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29034_8E3 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. MMP1 (Cat. PP-076) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human MMP1 monoclonal antibody (K29028_14F12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K29028_14F12 and K29034_8E3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of MMP1 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of cervical adenocarcinoma tissue by MMP1 antibody (K29028_14F12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cervical adenocarcinoma tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K29028_14F12 with SK-OV-3 lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. MMP1 (K29028_6B4) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: SK-OV-3 lysate Lane 2: MMP1 immunoprecipitated from SK-OV-3 lysate by K29028_14F12 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K29028_14F12 can immunoprecipitate MMP1.
