ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT56 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CTLA4 (Cat. P00260PB) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CTLA4 monoclonal antibody (KT50) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT50 and KT56 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CTLA4 .
