Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56006_9D10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody. His-tagged protein band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged IL17D (Cat. PQ-434) at C-terminus) Lane 2: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged MCFD2 (Cat. PQ-460) at C-terminus) Lane 3: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged IL21R (Cat. P02453QCSN) at C-terminus) Lane 4: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged CD7 (Cat. PQ-461) at C-terminus) Lane 5: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged FCGR2B (Cat. P05840QDSN) at C-terminus) Lane 6: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged RELT (Cat. PQ-435) at C-terminus) Lane 7: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged PDP1 (Cat. PQ-273) at N-terminus) Lane 8: 10 ul of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing His-tagged SHH (Cat.
