ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA461_9F8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. TNNC1 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TNNC1 monoclonal antibody (KAA461_5A4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA461_5A4 and KAA461_9F8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TNNC1 .
