ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70043_17G6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SLURP1 (Cat. PQ-167) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SLURP1 monoclonal antibody (K70043_14A9) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70043_14A9 and K70043_17G6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SLURP1 .
