ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06356_19B6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. VEGFD (Cat. PQ-146) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human VEGFD monoclonal antibody (K06356_17D1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06356_17D1 and K06356_19B6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of VEGFD .
