ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52053_4E3 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. POSTN (Cat. PP-499) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human POSTN monoclonal antibody (K52053_15H6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K52053_15H6 and K52053_4E3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of POSTN .
