ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA114_11E11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. PRL (Cat. P00078SA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human PRL monoclonal antibody (KAA114_12E5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA114_12E5 and KAA114_11E11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of PRL .
