ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70018_8H5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CD83 (Cat. PP-1201) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CD83 monoclonal antibody (K70018_3H11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70018_3H11 and K70018_8H5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CD83 .
