ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K94010_5F2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. OLR1 (Cat. PP-351) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human OLR1 monoclonal antibody (K94010_2D7) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K94010_2D7 and K94010_5F2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of OLR1 .
