ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52030_4B5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. TNFRSF4 (Cat. PP-294) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TNFRSF4 monoclonal antibody (K52030_14D7) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K52030_14D7 and K52030_4B5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TNFRSF4 .
