ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52025_7G3 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SPP1 (Cat. PP-152) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SPP1 monoclonal antibody (K52025_19H12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K52025_19H12 and K52025_7G3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SPP1 .
