ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K8U009_16C11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. BIRC5 (Cat. PP-011) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human BIRC5 monoclonal antibody (K8U009_17C8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K8U009_17C8 and K8U009_16C11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of BIRC5 .
