ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K56035_18G9 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. LILRB4 (Cat. PP-915) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human LILRB4 monoclonal antibody (K56035_8G10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K56035_8G10 and K56035_18G9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of LILRB4 .
