ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06310_15F9 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant NELL1 Protein (Cat. PP-1844) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated NELL1 Antibody (K06310_14D5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06310_14D5 and K06310_15F9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of NELL1 .
