Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse tissue brain lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-003 at 3 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SYP band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Result: OC-003 can detect SYP by Western blotting.
