Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-020 at 3 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. STX17 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of A-431 lysate Result: OC-020 can detect STX17 by Western blotting.
