Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by H2AX antibody (OC-023). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testis tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of brain lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-023 at 3 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. H2AX band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: OC-023 can detect H2AX by Western blotting.
