Western Blot: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-111 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. HPRT1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 1 ug/mL primary antibody Lane 2: 0.5 ug/mL primary antibody Lane 3: 0.25 ug/mL primary antibody Lane 4: 0.1 ug/mL primary antibody Result: OC-111 can detect HPRT1 by Western blotting.
