Western Blot: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate and 15 ug of rat lung tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-224 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. DARS1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat lung tissue lysate Result: OC-224 can detect DARS1 by Western blotting.
