Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse liver tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse intestine tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-232 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Tmem176b band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse liver tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse intestine tissue lysate Result: OC-232 can detect Tmem176b by Western blotting.
