Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-284 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. PRRX1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of LNCaP clone FGC lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of U-2 OS lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of A-375 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of rat testis tissue lysate Result: OC-284 can detect PRRX1 by Western blotting.
