Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by DCUN1D2 antibody (OC-329). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A549 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-329 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DCUN1D2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: OC-329 can detect DCUN1D2 by Western blotting.
