Western Blot: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate and 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-363 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CUL5 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Result: OC-363 can detect CUL5 by Western blotting.
