Western Blot: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing DYKDDDDK-tagged TRIM43B (Cat. P69024QATN) at N-terminus) and 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing EGFP-tagged TRIM43B (Cat. P69024QBTN) at C-terminus) were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-437 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM43B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing DYKDDDDK-tagged TRIM43B (Cat. P69024QATN) at N-terminus) Lane 2: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing EGFP-tagged TRIM43B (Cat. P69024QBTN) at C-terminus) Result: OC-437 can detect TRIM43B by Western blotting.
