Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate and 15 ug of mouse kidney tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-448 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. GBA3 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse kidney tissue lysate Result: OC-448 can detect GBA3 by Western blotting.
